[Beens Prayer Partners] We're Home

Dear friends,

Just wanted to let you know that we are all home safely!

My mom, Karunia, Esperansa, Jeremiah and I arrived yesterday
(Thursday) at noon. The flight went well and our only issue was a
1 hr delay for take off; we won't complain about that at all.

Dan, Josiah, and Asher left on Tuesday at 7am and arrived at their
first stop by 5:30. The boys traveled well and despite the
worsened road and the rain storms they managed to enjoy the
hotel's swimming pool that evening. Wednesday was also a good
travel day, though it took them longer than planned. Finally,
yesterday - they left at 5:15 am planned on going as far as a town
called Mocuba and then continue home today. Well, they made it to
the river in good time and were first in line for the next ferry
and the ferry was even on the way back so they made it across in
record time! They then discovered that the section of road
between Nicodala and Mocuba had been finished during the time we
were gone so they arrived in Mocuba by 1:30pm and decided to push
on instead of stopping all day there. Therefore they arrived
home, tired but safe and sound at 8:30 last night!

We praise the Lord for our safe return. Things are going well and
we'll spend the next several days unpacking, reorganizing our
house and visiting with friends before diving into school and
work, etc.
