We are glad you are interested in perhaps helping our ministry. We are looking for people who would like to become partners with us. We say "partners" because we know that help from others is vital to our ministry and we therefore promise to work in maintaining an active relationship with you. Below aresix ways you can become a partner with us in ministering to the Makua of Mozambique.

• Prayer Partners: We are seeking people who will commit to praying for us one day (or more) each week. If you choose to join with us as a prayer partner we will each month send you a "prayer calendar" with requests specific to that month. Also if you give us your e-mail address we will be able to send praises, concerns and requests throughout the month as well. This way you will be able to intercede on our behalf in current and concrete ways.
  
  
• Monthly Financial Support: We need people who would like to consistently give each month to our ministry. Your support in this manner will help cover our ministry costs and salary. We have both churches and individuals who have joined with us in this manner. Our monthly budget is $4050. If you join with us in this manner you will receive a receipt showing your tax deductible gift for thatmonth as well as a card to return with the next month's gift.
  
  
• Non-monthly financial support: Perhaps you would like to financially support our ministry but are unable to do so on a consistent month to month basis. That is okay as it is not uncommon for us to incur unexpected expenses that are not a part of our normal monthly budget. Examples of such expenses could include special assistance projects, abnormal travel distances, etc. You may want to partner with us in this manner by giving a strictly one-time gift or you might want to give periodically as you can; either is fine and you will always receive a receipt showing your tax deductible gift.
  
  
• Short term mission trips: There is always work to be done or ways that you can help the ministry in Mozambique. We would love for you or a group from your church to come and visit us. This would allow you to see first hand the work we are doing and participate in that as well. Your work could include but is not necessarily limited to teaching, working with youth, preaching, women's ministry, and perhaps construction and/or medical work.
  
  
• An encouragement partner: This is someone who would send cards, letters and/or care packages to us. Kids can participate as this type of partnership as well - your kids to ours and the Mozambican kids!!
  
  
• Becoming a teammate: Would you like to pray and consider whether the Lord might call youto join us in working and ministering in Mozambique.
